Thank you for participating in this raffle. Money raised from this will go to offset the cost of all Senior Class activities, including the Senior dance in February, Senior breakfast and the Senior trip in June.
All raffle tickets will be input into a computer generated randomization program. A winner will be selected in a LIVE zoom after the raffle closing on April 8th or if all raffle tickets have been sold prior to Feb 1st the Fundraising team will make an announcement and can hold the drawing at an earlier date.
All members of the Beacon school community are welcome to join our monthly meetings!
The Beacon PTA Executive Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month of the school year (unless there is a conflict on the school calendar).
Our general monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of each month—again, unless there’s a conflict, in which case the general meeting will move to Tuesday.
But please check the calendar below for monthly details.
All meetings will be available to join on Zoom. Some may require registration to receive the link due to a scheduled vote.

The Beacon PTA’s Annual Appeal fundraiser helps to financially support school activities such as sports teams, musical events, classroom needs and after-school clubs.
Please consider donating and starting a recurring monthly donation — and don’t forget that your employer may offer a corporate matching contribution program!

How to donate:
• You can donate by credit card via our Secure Giving Portal, where you can make a one-time or recurring monthly donation. Please note: the standard credit card processing fees collected by any platform are approximately 3.65%. Our portal gives you the option of covering these fees, but it’s not compulsory!
• If you prefer to donate by check, 100% of your contribution will support Beacon programs with no additional processing fees! Checks can be mailed to The Beacon PTA c/o The Beacon School, 522 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Or ask your student to drop it off into the blue PTA inbox in the main office!
